My Thoughts:
This series has been such fun to read, and I was so excited when I realized this book was Olivia’s story. Olivia is the only sister who has left Windswept Bay, and she rarely returns home. But scandal has brought her sneaking back home to the security of her family.
I knew I liked Olivia from the moment we met her, perched on the roof. She is someone who spends her professional career being confident and commanding, but we realize she can be very insecure and vulnerable in her personal life. Falling in love is definitely not on her radar.
We met BJ in the previous book and knew he was a great guy. I was hoping he would continue to be a part of this series, but I had no idea just how important his role would be. I love the character he became and the part he plays in this family. I found myself rooting for his happiness from the first chapter.
The series continues to provide entertainment, and I like that each book builds on the stories already told in previous installments. I look forward to getting to know the rest of the Sinclair family in books to come.
