To make matters worse, as Cassia is trying to develop a strong professional relationship with Galveston's premier wedding coordinator, Bella Neeley, her own father is intent on stealing all of the Rossi family's faithful customers. Not exactly the best way to get into Bella's good graces!
Still, at least Alex, that hot delivery guy from the nursery, is always hanging around the flower shop . . .
First of all, I am so sad that this series is over. I am such a fan of Bella Neeley and everything/everyone connected to her. I feel like an era is over.
I knew in the first chapter of this book that I was going to love it! The Pappas family moves into town and within the first few pages Babbas (the name the Pappas kids call their father) has declared war on the Rossi family. Who hates the Rossi family??
I was a little disappointed that the previous characters from this series didn't show up as much as they did in other books, but the Rossi family still played a major role in this story.
I loved Cassia so much and could so related with her desire to be close to her family, but to also branch out and become her own self. She loves her family so much and is truly torn about the decisions she makes.
Alex seems like an amazing guy and I am so happy that he came into Cassia's life and played such a major role. He understands her and her family so much, and of course he is connected to the Rossi family!
The ending of this book/series was perfect. I won't tell you how it ends, but I will tell you we get to see characters from all three of the connected series in the final scene. It was the perfect way to wrap everyone and everything up.
Like I said, I'm going to miss this series so much but I'm looking forward to jumping into anything else that Janice Thompson writes.
